Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 can(s) | tomatoes, diced |
6 sprig(s) | oregano, chopped |

salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 large can(s) | white beans |

Instructions
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and sauté the onions and the garlic until lucent. Pour in the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili. Stir in the beans and cook for 10 more minutes. Check seasoning and correct if necessary.Season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat the remaining oil. Fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes each side or to the doneness you like. Place for 10 minutes into the oven at 80°C.
Serve with the beans.
