About this recipe

In this blog post I will guide you thru the steps and ingredients needed to craft this recipe. Grab your favorite apron and let's start.
Rumbledethumps is a traditional Scottish dish that combines mashed potatoes, cabbage, and onions into a comforting and hearty casserole. This dish gets its unique name from the sound it makes when it's being prepared - the ingredients are "rumbled" together and then "thumped" into the baking dish. Rumbledethumps is a perfect side dish for any meal, but it can also be enjoyed as a main course. It's easy to make and requires only a few simple ingredients, making it a great option for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.
