Ingredients
600 g | strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced |
4 | kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced |
2 | papayas, peeled, sliced |
For the Dressing: | |
2 tbsp | ginger, chopped |
240 ml | orange juice |
3 tbsp | honey |
2 tsp | rum |
Instructions
Mix together the dressing ingredients and heat to boiling in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and allow to cool.In a bowl, combine the fruit and pour over the dressing. Toss lightly.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
