Ingredients
400 ml | milk |
1 | red chilli pepper |
½ | vanilla bean |
1 stick(s) | cinnamon |
50 g | bittersweet chocolate |
Instructions
Split red chili pepper and remove the seeds. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise.
Combine milk, vanilla bean, red chilli pepper, and broken up cinnamon stick in a saucepan and heat to simmering. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
Grate chocolate and whisk into the milk until melted. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
