Royal goat s cream cheese tartlets recipe details
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | spring onions, sliced |
1 sprig(s) | rosemary, chopped |
1 pack(s) | puff pastry, frozen |
200 g | sour cream |
2 | eggs |
200 g | goat’s cream cheese |
3 tbsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
8 tsp | honey |
Instructions
In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil. Sauté the spring onions until soft. Season with salt and pepper.Remove 4 puff pastry sheets from the freezer and allow to thaw for 10 minutes.
Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with pepper. Crumble in the cheese and fold in the spring onions.
Cut each pastry sheet into 4 rectangles. Thinly brush the rectangles with oil. Line each muffin cup with two pastry rectangles. Fill in the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with honey and rosemary. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
