Ingredients

200 g goat cheese, crumbled
60 g arugula, chopped
200 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
60 ml olive oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
200 g pasta

Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.

Place goat cheese into a large serving bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and toss well.

Serve hot as a main dish or cold as a salad.
