Goat cheese and arugula with pasta recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | goat cheese, crumbled |
60 g | arugula, chopped |
200 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
60 ml | olive oil |
2 tsp | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
200 g | pasta |
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.Place goat cheese into a large serving bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and toss well.
