Rolled mushroom appetizer recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | cream cheese |
120 g | mushrooms, chopped |
½ tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tbsp | horseradish |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
white bread, sliced, crust cut off | |
butter, melted |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except bread, together and set aside.Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin. Spread 1 teaspoon mushroom mixture on bread slices, covering center of bread only. Roll each slice and fasten with a wooden toothpick and then place in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Brush rolls with melted butter and bake until brown.
