Ingredients:
Sandwich bread
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter, melted
Equal amounts of sugar and cinnamon, mixed

Cut the crusts off the bread and roll thin. Spread cream cheese on each slice and roll up firmly. Dip the bread in the melted butter and then in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put into freezer.

When ready to use, cut into bite-sized pieces and put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
