Rocky brownies recipe details
Ingredients
120 g | chocolate, chopped |
115 g | butter, melted |
120 g | granulated sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 large | eggs |
90 g | flour |
¼ tsp | salt |
For the rocky topping: | |
90 g | milk chocolate chips |
250 ml | mini marshmallows |
50 g | chopped nuts: |
walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, and/or pistachios |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 3160°C. Grease a square baking pan.Melt the chocolate and butter in a large stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water.
Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Stir in the flour and salt.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with the chocolate chips, miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
