Roasted tomatoes recipe details
Ingredients
8 large | tomatoes, sliced |
For the Dressing: | |
4 tbsp | salt |
3 tbsp | pepper, freshly ground |
50 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Heat the oven to 100°C.Place the tomato slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Mix together the salt, pepper and sugar ina bowl. Brush the tomato sliceswith the olive oil and sprinkle with a large pinch of the salt mixture.
Roast for three hours. Tomatoes will be almost dry.
