Roasted red potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | small red potatoes |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
½ tsp | salt |
⅛ tsp | pepper |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Peel the potatoes and cut into slices; toss with oil.
Place in a single layer in a greased baking pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
