Roasted Pumpkin Soup recipe

|1 l||vegetable broth|
|100 ml||whipping cream|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Cut the pumpkin into wedges and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and some olive oil.
Preheat oven to 200°C and bake the pumpkin for approximately 40 minutes.
Now peel off the skin and puree with a little water. Add to the broth and cook until hot. Season well and add the whipping cream.
Serve in plates with some sour cream in the middle.
