Roasted pork with leek recipe details
Ingredients
12 bunch(es) | leek |
1 kg | pork fillet |
200 g | garlic |
100 g | butter |
250 ml | hot water |
salt and black pepper |
Instructions
Take a sharp knife and scoop some holes into the meat. Press garlic into the holes. Season with salt and pepper.Melt butter in pan, add the pork and cook meat over low heat for a little while. Then take out the meat and set aside.
Wash and clean the leek and cut into pieces. Put the leek into the pan and fry until soft. Then put the meat back into the pan and add a little bit of hot water. Now let it cook over low heat for about 100 minutes.
