Roasted Chicken Pasta Toss recipe

|400 g||chicken breast, diced|
|500 g||pasta, short|
|120 ml||olive oil|
|400 g||mozzarella cheese, diced|
|200 g||cherry tomatoes, halved|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Cook diced chicken in some olive oil until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente. Drain.
Combine olive oil, basil, salt and pepper into the bowl of a blender and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into a large bowl, add in pasta, chicken, mozzarella and tomatoes. Toss gently to coat.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
