Roasted beef tripe recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | beef tripe, cooked |
3 tbsp | lard |
1 | egg |
3 tbsp | double cream |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Cut the beef tripe into thin slices.In a saucepan, heat the lard. Cook the tripe over medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix together the egg and double cream until smooth. Pour the mixture over the tripe and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
