Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes, sliced
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat grill to Medium.
2. To make the burger bbq sauce, stir together the mayo and the bbq sauce in a mixing bowl. Take 2 tablespoons of the sauce and place it in a larger mixing bowl.
3. To the larger mixing bowl, add the bacon, onion, steak seasoning, and beef. Use your hands and mix it all up, gently. Make 4 patties from the meat.
4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side. Cover each patty with a slice of Swiss and continue to grill until the cheese melts.
5. To serve, smooth some of the bbq mayo sauce on each bun, top with desired amounts of lettuce and tomato, and then place the meat patties onto the buns.
