This is a perfect Southern summer sippin’ cocktail. Rhubarb and apricot compliment the flavor of the 4 Roses(R) bourbon.
Ready in: 5 mins
- 1 1/2 ounces Four Roses(R) bourbon
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 10 drops Fee Bros.(R) rhubarb bitters
- 2 ounces apricot nectar
- 4 fresh peach slices
Preparation methodPrep: 5 mins
1. In rocks glass, muddle 3 fresh peach slices. Add ice, ten shakes of bitters, Four Roses(R) bourbon, peach schnapps, and apricot nectar.
2. Stir with bar spoon. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and sprig of mint.
