Riesling snapper recipe details
The wine reduction gives it a very particular caramelized wine taste, so the dish doesn’t need any additional sauce. It goes very well with any vegetable and will impress your guests by its subtlety, while still being very fast and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 cups Riesling wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 fillets red snapper
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Pour wine into skillet and cook on medium heat until the wine is reduced by two-thirds, about 15 minutes. Stir to keep from burning.
2. Add the garlic and butter. Mix well for the butter to absorb all the taste of the reduced wine. Turn heat to high.
3. Then, salt both sides of the fish fillets and fry in the skillet until fish is cooked through and white in the middle, about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes of frying, add the almonds and black pepper.
