Ingredients
8 piece(s) | Portobello mushrooms or big button mushrooms |
250 g | ricotta |
100 g | cream cheese |
1 bunch(es) | parsley |
salt | |
pepper | |
paprika | |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stem. Put them in a greased oven dish with the top side of the mushroom down.Mix all the other ingredients except 1 tbsp of Parmesan in a blender and fill the mixture into the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Bake in the oven at 180° for 20-30 minutes.
