Rich apple tart recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | butter |
200 g | sugar |
2 tsp | vanilla sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
150 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
200 g | ground hazelnuts |
75 g | raisins |
720 g | apple compote, drained |
200 g | sour cream |
400 g | whipped cream |
50 g | chopped hazelnuts |
Instructions
Mix the butter with 150g of the sugar, the vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, ground nuts and raisins. Stir until well combined. Spread the batter into a buttered tart form. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.Spread the cake base with the apple compote. Mix the sour cream with the remaining sugar and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the apples with the cream. Sprinkle with the toasted hazelnut flakes.
