Rice with vegetables and sausage recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | rice |
2 | carrots, sliced |
1 | courgette, sliced |
1 | onion, sliced |
2 | red bell peppers, sliced |
100 g | broccoli |
8 | pork sausages, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Cook the rice.In a saucepan, fry the sausage over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the onions and cook until slightly golden. Stir in the vegetables and go on cooking for 5-10 minutes until tender, but still a bit firm to the bite.
Fold in the rice, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder and serve immediately.
