Rice with mushroom sauce recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | rice |
500 g | mushroom, sliced |
1 small | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
200 ml | single cream |
3 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
lemon juice | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the rice until tender.In a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in oil until lucent. Add the mushroom and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the single cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the rice with the mushroom sauce.
