Ingredients
200 g | fresh peas, shelled |
120 g | basmati rice |
240 g | strong chicken stock |
4 sprig(s) | parsley, finely chopped |
2 leaves | mint, finely chopped |
butter |
Instructions
Bring the rice with the chicken stock to a boil and cook covered over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is done. Add the freshly shelled peas and the herbs and a generous knob of butter and cook for another 5 minutes.Toss gently, season to taste with sea salt and serve.
