Rice with chicken and vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
180 g | rice |
2 tbsp | oil |
½ | tomato, diced |
½ | cucumber, diced |
1 | chicken leg, bones removed, meat diced |
400 ml | chicken stock |
salt and pepper | |
¼ tsp | glutamate |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the rice and sauté over low heat until lucent. Take from the heat.In a separate saucepan, bring the stock to a boil. Add the meat and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the rice, salt and glutamate. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer until the chicken stock is almost soaked up and the rice is done.
Mix in tomato and cucumber and season to taste with salt and pepper.
