Rice Salad with Shrimp recipe

|250 g||basmati rice|
|100 g||peas, frozen|
|200 g||shrimp, peeled and cooked|
|1 bunch(es)||dill, chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, mashed|
|salt and freshly ground pepper|
|2 dash(es)||lemon juice|
|1||chili, seeded and sliced|
Cook the rice in salted water until tender. Cook the peas in salted water until just done. Mix together the rice and the peas and allow to cool. Stir in the shrimp.
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, oil, chili and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the rice salad and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Serve chilled, sprinkled with dill.
