Rice pudding with raspberries recipe details
Ingredients
1 l | milk |
180 g | pudding rice |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
85 g | sugar |
500 g | raspberries |
75 g | icing sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice and bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar and cook for 5-10 more minutes.In a bowl, mix together the raspberries and the icing sugar. Serve the raspberries with warm or cold rice pudding.
