Rice pudding with banana recipe details
Ingredients
1 l | milk |
175 g | short-grain rice |
4 tbsp | sugar |
4 | bananas |
50 g | pistachios, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
3 tsp | runny honey |
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the rice and sugar. Cook over low heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.In a saucepan, melt the butter. Cut each banana into 3 pieces and fry for 5 minutes, turning frequently. Take from heat and coat the bananas with the honey.
Spoon the rice pudding into deep dessert plates and arrange the bananas on top. Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve.
