Rice omelette with ham recipe details

120 g | rice, cooked (leftover) |
125 g | cooked ham, diced |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
6 | eggs |
1 pinch(es) | salt and pepper |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Whisk the eggs. Stir in rice, ham and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.In a pan, heat the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over low heat until slightly set. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Cut the omelette into pie pieces and serve with fresh salad.
