Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Polenta
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 Ounces Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Ounces Parmesan Cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Add Butter, Onion and Garlic to Rice Cooker and cook covered until soft and translucent, stirring occasionally.
2. Add Chicken Broth, Milk, salt, and Polenta. Cook with cover closed until switches to Keep Warm. (Again stirring occasionally).
3. When Rice Cooker switches to Keep Warm, add pepper and cheese. Stir; adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Enjoy
