Rhubarb torte recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups diced rhubarb

Combine flour, salt, butter and powdered sugar. In a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, pat ingredients to form a crust on the bottom. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. To make filling, combine beaten eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and rhubarb. Put on top of baked crust and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes more.
