Ingredients
300 g | brown sugar |
150 ml | oil |
1 medium | egg(s) |
230 g | buttermilk |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | vanilla |
250 g | flour |
60 g | nuts, chopped |
300 g | rhubarb, finely diced |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except the nuts together.Either use paper-lined muffin tins or a cake pan. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full and spinkle the nuts on top.
Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
