Redslaw recipe details
Ingredients
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
4 tbsp | natural yoghurt |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
½ | red cabbage |
1 medium | beetroot, uncooked |
1 medium | red onion |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix the yoghurt, mustard and mayonnaise together in a bowl and season the dressing with salt and pepper.Grate the cabbage and beetroot and finely chop the red onion.
Add the vegetables to the dressing into the bowl and stir through. Everything will turn red!
