Ingredients

120 ml cider vinegar
350 ml water
1 tsp mustard
¼ tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tbsp redcurrant jelly
8 tbsp butter, unsalted

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except the butter, and bring the mixture to a boil. Rduce heat and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain sauce into a clean pan and add butter. Simmer until the butter melts. Stir until well mixed.
