Ingredients

100 g flour
100 g icing sugar
80 g ground almonds
1 pack(s) baking powder
4 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp cinnamon
50 g chocolate flakes
2  eggs
125 g soft butter
1 pack(s) vanilla sugar
150 ml soft red wine
1 dash(es) rum

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, almonds, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and the chocolate. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with butter and sugar until creamy. Stir into the flour mixture until well combined. Stir in the red wine and the rum.

Fill the batter into the buttered muffin cups up to ¾ . Bake for 20-25 minutes.
