Ingredients
100 g | flour |
100 g | icing sugar |
80 g | ground almonds |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
4 tsp | cocoa powder |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
50 g | chocolate flakes |
2 | eggs |
125 g | soft butter |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
150 ml | soft red wine |
1 dash(es) | rum |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.In a bowl, mix together the flour, almonds, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and the chocolate. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with butter and sugar until creamy. Stir into the flour mixture until well combined. Stir in the red wine and the rum.
Fill the batter into the buttered muffin cups up to ¾ . Bake for 20-25 minutes.
