Red pepper dip recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | red peppers, roasted |
1 tsp | red wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine pepper and vinegar and process in a blender or food processor until smooth. While the processor is running, drizzle the oil into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and serve.Use as a dip for asparagus.
