Ingredients
375 g | minced meat, beef and pork |
2 | bread rolls, soaked in water |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | egg |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
paprika powder | |
4 slice(s) | Gouda cheese |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the mince, the squeezed bread, the egg and the onions. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and knead until well combined. Shape into 4 meatballs.Fry the meatballs in butter or oil until golden browned all around. Top each meat ball with a slice of cheese. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the cheese has melted.
