Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Grated zest of 1/2 orange
- 2 tablespoons blanched, skinless hazelnuts, finely chopped
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Brush asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender, flipping midway through cooking.
3. Remove from grill and transfer to serving platter. Sprinkle orange zest and hazelnuts on top and serve.
