Ingredients
1 head(s) | Red oak leaf lettuce |
30 ml | lemon juice |
60 ml | orange juice |
15 g | sugar |
3 | oranges, filleted |
100 g | dates, fresh |
50 g | pine nuts, roasted |
Instructions
Wash the lettuce well, dry it and cut it into bite-size pieces.Mix a dressing out of lemon juice, orange juice, salt and pepper.
Arrange the lettuce on dishes and sprinkle the dressing over it.
Put the filleted oranges on the lettuce and spread pine nuts and chopped dates on it.
