|1 tbsp||cumin seeds|
|2 tsp||dry red wine|
|1||red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 small||red cabbage, thinly sliced|
InstructionsToast cumin seeds in a frying pan, about 1 minute.
In a large pot, heat wine. Add onion and salt, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add red cabbage and sauté over low heat, about 5 minutes. Add some water to prevent sticking. Add cumin seeds and redcurrants.
In a bowl mix vinegar and water and pour over the cabbage and mix well.
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Lightly oil a baking dish and spoon the cabbage and liquid into it. Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes.
