Red Cabbage with Blueberries recipe

Ingredients
1 kg | red cabbage, shredded |
50 g | butter |
120 ml | blueberry juice |
1 small glass | blueberries |
150 ml | vegetable stock |
3 | cloves |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat and stir fry the cabbage for some minutes. Pour over the blueberry juice and vegetable stock, add cloves and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and cook until the cabbage is done, but still a bit firm to the bite.
Fold in the blueberries, check seasoning and correct if necessary.
Serve with poultry or other roast in the winter.
