700 g | red cabbage, cut into chunks |
1 large | cooking apple, peeled, cored, chopped |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |

In large sauce pan, combine all ingredients and add enough water to cover. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until tender.Preparation time:
