Red bell pepper frittata recipe details
Ingredients
3 | bell pepper, red, green, yellow, seeded, sliced |
1 tbsp | water |
4 medium | eggs, whites only |
3 medium | eggs, whole |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine 1 tablespoon water, salt, black pepper, egg whites, and eggs in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Heat some oil in a skillet coated over medium heat and sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic, 5 minutes.
Stir in egg mixture; cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until almost set. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until set.
