This is a recipe for a London Broil marinade with Italian dressing and Tabasco sauce, inspired by the help of my grandmother. Marinate overnight or even 2 days before if possible.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 1/2 pounds London Broil, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco(R) sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spice mix
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 day, marinating1. Combine meat, dressing, water, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, salt, Tabasco(R), Cajun spices, and onion powder in a large plastic resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate to marinate for at least 8 hours.
2. Preheat oven to broil and lightly butter a glass baking dish.
3. Place meat in baking dish and broil, uncovered, for about 15 minutes until meat is fully cooked (reaches at least 145 degrees F internally).
4. Serve and enjoy.
