Ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce recipe details
A fancy-restaurant-style pasta dish that you can make in less time that it would take you to get a table at a fancy restaurant.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 2 cups fresh cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil and cook ravioli according to package directions.
2. While water is coming to a boil, heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the mushrooms, onion, pine nuts and bell peppers. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
3. In small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and vegetable broth. Then combine with half-and-half,and slowly pour into saucepan over the mushrooms. Cook over medium, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes to thicken.
4. When ravioli is cooked, drain and place in large serving dish. Pour sauce over ravioli and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
