Raspberry Meringue Cream Dessert recipe

Ingredients
500 g | raspberries, frozen |
800 ml | whipping cream |
250 g | meringues |
2 sachet | vanilla sugar |
Instructions
Break the meringues into small pieces.
Whip the cream until stiff and mix it together with the vanilla sugar.
Take a medium sized bowl (24cm) and prepare the dish in layers:
Start with a layer of broken meringues, then 1-2cm of whipped cream, then a layer of frozen raspberries. Continue with another layer of broken meringues, then another layer of whipped cream and a final layer of raspberries. Drizzle a few very small meringue pieces over the raspberries as decoration.
Place in the fridge and remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving.
Prepare and consume the same day.
