Ingredients
fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed | |
80 ml | raspberry gelatin |
120 ml | water, boiling |
200 g | crushed ice |
Instructions
Put gelatin in a blender and add boiling water. Process until gelatin is dissolved. Add the crushed ice and blend for about 1 minute.Place several fresh raspberries in chilled dessert dishes and pour gelatin-ice mixture over raspberries.
