Ingredients
150 g | graham cracker crumbs |
115 g | butter, melted |
200 g | shredded coconut |
200 g | walnuts, chopped |
400 ml | sweetened condensed milk |
240 ml | raspberry jam |
120 g | milk chocolate chips |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Combine cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl and mix with a fork or spoon. Press into a baking dish and sprinkle with coconut. Drizzle with condensed milk.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
Spread jam over crust and sprinkle with walnuts.
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water and stir until smooth. Drizzle over walnuts.
Cut into bars and refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 40 minutes.
