Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 large cucumbers
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil to taste
- balsamic vinegar to taste
- granulated garlic
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins1. Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers to equal size, small pieces, no bigger than a 1/4-inch cubed. Toss together in a bowl with sprinkle of garlic and black pepper.
2. 5 minutes before serving, add the juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon. Also add salt and pepper. Toss together and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Serve with the olive oil and balsamic on the side, let guests use as desired (tastes great without it). Also, tastes great with mayo on it.
