Radcliff big breakfast recipe details
I make this hearty, big egg and meat breakfast for my family on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices ham
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Coat 10-inch non stick skillet(Pam). Heat butter over medium heat add onion and peppers cook 5 min.
3. Large Bowl mix eggs, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, ham, bacon, salt, pepper pour into skillet; until completely combined cook medium heat, 5 min.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
