Quick potato casserole recipe details
- Ingredients
- One 2-pound package Southern-style hash brown potatoes
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
I bake this dish and transfer to individual ramekins and top with more cheese to serve. Delicious as an accompaniment for breakfast or as a dinner dish.
